Kelley James, 
Nurse Practitioner Injector

Hi, I’m Kelley “KJ” James, an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner and co-founder of KJ Aesthetics.

I began my nursing career in 2015 as a critical care nurse and earned my Doctorate of Nursing Practice in 2022. After a decade in critical care, caring for people through some of their most vulnerable moments, I wanted to create a different kind of experience—one centered around confidence, connection, and feeling your best.

I fell in love with aesthetics because I believe subtle enhancements can help you look as good as you feel without changing who you are. KJ Aesthetics was created with the belief that aesthetics should feel personal, relaxed, and accessible to everyone.

Outside of work, I’m a wife, mom of four, avid reader, and golden doodle lover.

Kelsey Jane "KJ" Watson,

I graduated from Galen College of Nursing in 2018 and currently work in a Cardiac ICU as a charge nurse and member of the Code/Rapid Response Team.

My passion for aesthetics comes from wanting to help people feel confident and comfortable in their own skin. I believe aesthetics should be for every girl—whether you’re new to Botox and filler or a seasoned pro.

I know firsthand how intimidating a medspa experience can feel, which is why my goal is to make every visit relaxed, personal, and judgment-free. I’m passionate about natural results that enhance what you already love and treatments that are completely personalized to you.

Outside of work, I’m a wife, mom of four, and lover of the beach, family camping trips, and the outdoors.
